As a member of the Czech and Slovakia Sales Team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategy and driving the business with all major telco operators, both in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. You will play a critical role that is focused on crafting and driving our strategic relationship with the partners, will consult and influence the executive team within the carrier organisations to grow Apple’s business across all lines including iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Apple Watch and Accessories – all contributing to driving the partner’s business forward. Reporting to the Country leader in the Czech Republic, you will have full management of influencing and driving objectives through key relationships. Strong leadership, mentoring and extraordinary presentation skills are needed to succeed in this role.

Key Qualifications

  • Extensive sales experience within the region
  • Successful track record of growing partners’ relationship in a similar role as a National or Regional Account Manager
  • Multiple retail channel management experience, including channel development skills, and the ability to interact at senior levels.
  • “will to win” attitude and the energy and aim to embrace this significant challenge. This should include an excellent reputation and extensive contacts within the wireless environment.
  • You will have the intellectual capability to explore new opportunities in the market. Additionally, you will feel comfortable in dealing with ambiguity.
  • You will go beyond the industry norm and demonstrate creativity in problem-solving, ability to think dynamically and outside of the standard convention, and adapt quickly to new technical areas.

Description

The Telecom Account Executive is responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets for Apple Products in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, along with; •Growing Apple values and methodologies throughout the carrier organizations by engaging multiple points of contact within the carrier •Maintaining a positive relationship with carrier partners’ up to CxO level to drive Apple advocacy and effective execution of plans •Supporting the design of demand generation programs based on business insights and drive carrier execution across multiple partners, both in the Czech Republic and Slovakia •Helping to increase product penetration into relevant carrier POS and enable carrier sales teams to promote Apple products effectively •Supporting Apple merchandising programs to elevate the in-store customer experience •Ensuring compliance with Apple/Carrier agreements as well as to support the appropriate use of Apple creative assets from Marketing.

Education & Experience

You have experience building strong and productive relationships with strategic partners and ensure the partnerships are driving top-line revenue growth. Relevant experience as an Account Executive. Educated to degree level in a quantitative or business discipline.
