Apple's Camera group is looking for an extraordinary Senior Software Automation Engineer to drive state of the art technologies for Apple products. As part of the team, you would work on core hardware components, including the Apple Image signal processing pipeline, and machine learning neural engine, where you will have the chance to define the way that Apple develops tests and manufactures all of its products. Our close-knit team fosters an environment of product innovation, rapid product iteration and collaboration at both team and multi-functional levels with a liberating amount of autonomy.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a super-cutting-edge team working on computer vision / image processing SW and HW in Apple. The software and algorithm validation in the Camera group, working closely with SW, Algorithm and HW engineering teams to produce high quality deliveries of camera systems. Design innovative testing approaches, develop automatic tests, present test plans & results to peers and higher management.
Key Qualifications
- 7+ years in Automation development
- Experience in Python
- SW Architecture / System Design / Test Driven Development
- Self driven and independent
- Great interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Strong attention to details
- Quick Learner with a drive to learn new technologies and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills

Education & Experience
B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electric/Computer Engineering
