As Test Engineering Program Manager (T-EPM) in the New Technology organization, you will need to co-work with multi-functional teams including, but not limited to Testing, Electrical, Mechanical, Optical, Process, Supply Chain & Logistics, Firmware and Software Engineering to deliver state-of-the-art instrumentation and test solutions. Description

Test EPM will be responsible to supervise the tester schedule, manage testers in-region activities from design to full deployment, identify program issues and orchestrate solution/mitigation efforts quickly and efficiently in the field. Your goals are to ensure the tester activities are carried out solidly according to the given timeline. - Lead testing build planning and execution in vendors - Drive the design review, fabrication, CTB, delivery and onsite resource planning - Drive the infrastructure, DUT and development resource in CM site - Align with X-functional team to implement HW/SW validation, GRR/OK2test to meet CTT - Drive the daily testing input and data analysis for yield, FA, retest - Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Technical or Program Management related field.
  • Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
  • 7~10 years of project management experience
  • Proficiency in English and Korean, Mandarin is plus
  • Operational experience in a manufacturing environment
