Description

As Sales Training Executive you will be responsible for ensuring that Apple’s & Channel Sales Partners staff across a specific country posses the skills & knowledge to provide a high quality shopping experience to Apple customers. You will be responsible for developing the Sales Training plan for the country in close collaboration with the North Sales Training Manager and other relevant key stake holders. You will also act as the Country Advocacy Program Specialist and be responsible for the success of Seed, Consumer Channel Training programs, NPI trainings, Reseller & Education training and other WW developed training programs. Further you analyze and develop trainings, covering additional needs identified. You own the full year training plan for the country including budget, allocations & most importantly follow up one KPI and return of investments of each trainings. You will build a comprehensive Sales Advocacy plan for Apple own sales staff and Apple channel partner staff in the country. The plan will use e-learning, classroom, in-store activities based on Apple training guidelines and business priorities set with each partner. This includes multi-brand retailers, telecom carriers, mono-brand partners and commercial resellers. You will maintain close relationships with each partner’s training organisation to ensure maximum impact on the sales staff. This will involve a deep understanding of partner staff profile and training levels, learning and development program and ensure Apple training is tightly included in it. You will work closely with Apple Sales Teams to ensure that all training activities are aligned with Apple sales priorities across the country. You will be responsible for organisation of all virtual and classroom sales training sessions in the country. : session planning, budget management, attendance tracking, coordination with partners. You will oversee the delivery of best in class training sessions as per Apple training guidelines. This include providing a consistently great learning experience to surprise and delight the learners. You will liaise with partners inside Apple to share country and partner training progress, results, needs and requirements. Sourcing and management of external trainers who are delivering training sessions. This in collaboration with the North Sales Training Manager. Delivery of sales training sessions to sales staff on an ad-hoc basis. Where relevant, you will ensure quality assurance of local translation of Sales Training Materials.

Education & Experience

Degree level preferred. Relevant coaching and/or Training education. Fluent in English and Danish. Experienced and best in class delivering Training, Education & Coaching sessions.
