You'll be responsible for the sales of Apple products and solutions through local channel partners to Education and Enterprise/SMB Customers. The scope of the role includes implementation of Apple strategy and channel development to achieve Apple’s most important value, customer experience.

Key Qualifications

  • Strong positive solutions sales skills - A proven track record of negotiation at senior level with Enterprise Accounts and/or System Integrators.
  • Driving for Results - Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives and targets Proven sales management and leadership skills, coupled with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent personal communication with ability to build and develop relations internally and externally Analytical Agility -
  • Highly analytical with the ability to convert data into business intelligence while staying focused on building compelling business cases. Strong presentations skills -
  • Is effective in a variety of formal presentation settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers and managers.
  • Relationship Building - Experience of developing strong commercial relationships with B2B resellers and Enterprise Accounts.

Description

The team, lead by you, is accountable for implementing and running Apple programs, forecasting, and activities with partners to achieve agreed objectives. The Commercial manager is an extraordinary people manager and responsible for managing a team and using resources and best practice from other teams cross functionally, both locally and in the EMEIA organization. The commercial sales manager reports to the Austrian country manager. You will be responsible for the following; Develops the business plans and tactics to achieve targets for the commercial business Build strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with the System Integrators Provide sales consulting on the integration and implementation of Apple products with use cases for selected vertical industries. Provides leadership and direction to the sales team Establishes performance measurements, tracks performance against those measurements and provides constructive feedback Provides leadership and management mentorship on the delivery of key sales and marketing programs Develops and maintains an effective partnership with partners by identifying market opportunities and key prospects Interacts with the top decisions makers within customer accounts Accountable for business forecasts, investment measurement and the business planning process Works with the country management team to use resources and collaborate on local business Performs all personnel management activities for staff including recruitment, training, performance evaluation and salary management; supports professional development through job assignments and training KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Achievement of sell-through targets Development of a compelling Pipeline for iPads/iPhone within a set B2B customer Group together with System Integrators KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Country Manager, Channel Manager, Carrier Manager, SP&O Manager, Major Account and Business Development Team for Education & Enterprise at HQ level

Education & Experience

A Bachelor's or Master's however, if you have relevant experience or similar discipline you are encouraged to apply.
