In this highly visible role, you will be the resident leader in a precision automated assembly accelerator for SME (Small Medium Business) training, operations consultation, equipment demonstration, and lab operations. In this technical lead role, we value your ability to build process knowledge into training material, deliver clear training presentations to SME, demonstrate equipment best practices, and deliver results on a tight timeline. The TPM will work in conjunction with engineers from SMEs of various industries as well as internal multi-functional teams to ensure that top quality services as such classroom trainings, Lab Demos, operational consultations are delivered to SMB to build their process/manufacturing capability.

주요 자격 요건

  • Validated technical skills including experience and deep understanding of PCBA, Semi-conductor assembly, SMT, Camera/Projector Assembly, Test, and Pack-out processes.
  • Highly motivated and able to drive closure of issues across cultures.
  • In depth knowledge in quality methodologies with command of tools including statistical analysis, GRR, DOE, FMEA, Commonality check etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to concisely understand and communicate issues and provide direction towards solution, and the ability to translate high-level goals into tangible action plans.
  • Exercises independent thinking in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for acquiring results.
  • Build formal networks involving coordination among cross- functional teams such as facility team, EHS team and Legal team.
  • Excellent project management skills Program / Project Management experience preferred.
  • 7 to 10 years experience providing technical support of high-volume consumer electronics, in a matrix organization.
  • Experience in DOE, SPC, Failure Analysis, measurement GRR and correlation, with excellent debugging skills, with validated ability to resolve problems in pressure situations.
  • Excellent English language skills required / Korean language skills desired.
  • Good customer service skills that can collaborate with SME engineers and University professors.


- Provide total ownership of the camera lab technical readiness, clean room operations, equipment delivery/Set-up/buy-off, quality of training, and demo. - Maintain technical readiness and Equipment readiness MIL and work towards closure prior lab opening. Drive all facility and equipment set-up issues to closure prior target timelines. - Build training curriculum with process/manufacturing knowledge and deliver quality training sessions to large audience. Drive best practices and summarize process best known methods for training material. - Develop machine show case and help SME to develop DOE process. Provide operational mentorship to SME on FA, process development, and manufacturing improvement. - Provide leadership to lab daily operations and maintenance; operational excellence expectations through direct interaction, continuous communication, and continuous improvement efforts. - Develop mastery in particle control and overlook cleanroom particle performance through objective measurement systems as well as audits. - Executive level status reports on a weekly cadence. - Call out key concerns and options for resolutions to senior management.
