We are looking for an Analog Design Engineer with validated and consolidated experience in the field of different circuits, who will also enable us to contribute to the design of analog and mixed signal power management circuits for our next generation devices.

Key Qualifications

  • Several years of relevant experience in analog and mixed signal design
  • Strong knowledge in device physics applicable to analog IC designs
  • Deep knowledge of analog IC design flow and tools
  • Good knowledge of analog low power, switching converter (buck and boost) or linear regulators would be an asset
  • Solid understanding of power, area and performance trade-off in mixed-signal designs
  • Validated experience working in bench evaluation of own building blocks
  • Experience in working with production test engineers to firm up test plans and design for testability details
  • Recent Master Degree Graduates with excellent academic results and relevant internships will also be considered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to collaborate
  • Ability to work well in an international team, take responsibility, and motivate self and others

Description

In this role, the key responsibilities are the following: - Actively drive the transistor-level feasibility studies - Design blocks and document design towards formal design reviews - Drive mask design to implement layout view of designs - Work on top-level simulations to validate top-level integration - Define production/bench-level test plans - Work with multi-functional teams across Apple to support lab evaluation phase and design for ESD compliance

Education & Experience

Master degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
