These processes include target account management, high quality executive level engagements, management of deals through a funnel, and consistent pipeline generation. The candidate has a strong point-of-view and can articulate a growth vision and demonstrates the ability to build and execute programs and teams to achieve a growth vision!

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in tech sales / customer success
  • Experience developing and deploying repeatable sales process
  • Highly motivated, works well under pressure, organized, and proactive in leading projects from end-to-end

Description

We are looking for someone to assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement and then implement them. Assist in development of consistent and repeatable process for account and deal management in target segments. Drive expansion and saturation in target account segment as part of a continuous plan. The successful candidate will refine quotas and territories to drive further up into the market. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts for the team. Recruit, hire, and develop sales talent. Foster a competitive and collaborative team environment. Sharp attention to detail with the ability to maintain the highest level of accuracy yet understand the big picture. Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
