Key Qualifications
- We are looking for strong engineers with experience in the following areas:
- More than 5 years of experience in definition of Cellular Products
- Proficiency with Requirements Management tools, i.e. Jama Connect
- Experience with scripting languages like Python
- Solid understanding 3GPP specifications flows
- Solid understanding of cellular modem commercialization flows
- Experience with cellular modem requirements definition and flows
- Striving for Excellence to define better requirements, i.e. EARS
- Strong sense of accountability for collective success, sensitivity to the needs of projects/teams and ability to proactively identify white spaces & steer stakeholders toward closure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Great teammate with strong written and verbal interpersonal skills, and a service and support mentality
- Ability to fluently speak and write in English
Description
We are looking for a System Requirements Engineer for Cellular Products with solid understanding of wireless technology. In this role you will contribute to define future cellular solutions and integrate contributions by various competence teams.
You will teach people how to write better requirements and how to use the corresponding tool chain. Together we will further evolve our workflow and methodologies.
Education & Experience
MS or PhD in CS, EE, or related field and a minimum of few years relevant industry experience.
