Digital Commerce Producer

The Marcom Greater China team, part of Apple's global Marketing Communications team, is responsible for all consumer-facing communications, including advertising, apple.com, direct marketing, Apple retail, channel, digital commerce, packaging, video, corporate identity, and partner communications.
The Digital Commerce team is crucial to our core business strategy, driving E-Commerce standards and digital innovation across multiple online platforms. As a Digital Commerce Producer, you’ll lead creative initiatives for key brand and shopping moments, uncover local insights, balance brand and commerce goals, and deliver holistic themes that spotlight product stories and compelling offers.
To partner with Apple Store Online in planning and executing high-impact livestream events. This role is critical in scaling our livestream efforts and will support end-to-end content production, including scripting product narratives, designing demonstration flows, planning engaging segments, developing visual cues, and ensuring platform best practices. This Producer will also serve as the key connector across Social, Media, and WW teams to ensure alignment and holistic support.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in a leading digital creative agency, in-house marketing communications, or E-Commerce, Digital Marketing department
- Deep knowledge of local digital trends, marketplaces and social platforms including WeChat, Tmall, Douyin, Red etc.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, self-sufficient
- Committed to excellence and an outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communicator, with great interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end web technologies
- Able to organize information quickly and summarize succinctly
- Accommodate rapid change and ambiguity, and working under tight deadlines.
- Communicating effectively one-on-one and in large groups.
