Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it. The Channel Store Operations team ensures that customers have the best possible experience anywhere Apple products are sold. Customer experience combines physical (display and merchandising), digital touch points, and advocacy (selling experience). As an Emerging Heroes Program Manager, you will be responsible for considering the full lifecycle of our “Hero” Accessories - those products that when purchased in conjunction with our amazing iPhones, iPads and Macs, demonstrate the magic of the full Apple ecosystem. (Think HomePod Mini, AirPods Max, Beats Studio Buds). You will work closely with Apple and Beats Sales, Marketing, Programs, Operations, Finance and Procurement teams to establish the in-store strategy for each “Hero” accessory at each partner. You will manage all elements of the store experience from the selection of stores, to the installation of Beats or Apple branded fixtures or design (if necessary) of 3rd party fixtures, through the coordination of seller advocacy training, and finally the ongoing maintenance of the store elements. You will also lead seasonal product refreshes and new product introductions. Additionally, you will work closely with the Sales teams for both our Consumer and Carrier partners to identify opportunities for new merchandising solutions and then manage those solutions from concept to installation. Your success will be in the depth of your relationships, internal and external, as much as the quality of your delivery.
- 5+ years of work experience in merchandising and/or retail operations
- Strong organizational skills including ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize deliverables to balance speed and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Business planning and reporting skills including Excel and other reporting tools
- Passion for the customer and team experience with a hands-on, positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively with other teams, influence without authority, and take others on the journey.
- Ability to drive progress and be comfortable working in an unstructured environment
In this role, you will: - Manage Beats & Accessories merchandising solutions from design through deployment in partnership with Apple-approved vendors and US partners - Lead end-to-end deployment of Beats fixture programs across US partners - Coordinate in-store launch execution to support new product introductions and incremental seasonal strategies - Manage program deployment forecast in coordination with US Sales, Procurement, and Finance - Collaborate with World Wide and US Marketing Communications and Programs to deliver best in class retail execution - Collaborate with Apple approved external vendors to address design and deployment needs - Report weekly and quarterly progress on program deployment activities to leadership - Benchmark and share deployment best practices with US and Worldwide teams
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
