The Camera Hardware Engineering group is responsible for development of key technology for Apple products. Key Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical background in optics and optical metrology methods
- Experience in optical metrology and failure analysis of camera module lenses
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams with fluent English & Japanese
- Experienced in measurement data analysis by using statistical methods & software tools such as Python
Description
As an Optical Metrology Engineer, you will be working on development of optical metrology and lens metrology. You will be performing hands-on work with various optical metrology equipment as well as work with cross-functional team to develop innovative optical metrology systems. You will engage in analysis of the optical element impact to the image quality characteristics of the camera. Driving development of advanced metrology methods would be an expected initiative from your side.
Education & Experience
B.S./M.S. in Science, Technology, Engineering or equivalent field
