Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in operations engineering activities
  • Proven technical skills and experience, preferably wearable device, smart phone, personal computer, consumer electronics, networking or other technology-based industry sector, including a detailed understanding of final assembly, test, pack and SMT processes.
  • Experienced in leading functional engineering teams a plus (IE, ME, EE, TE, AME, Etc.)
  • Direct experience handling product design, ME/AME design team a plus.
  • Understanding of both ME and EE including RF/wireless technology of the product, able to deeply discuss technical issues with Engineering teams is a plus
  • Experienced in using process driven and analytical approaches to problem-solving (Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA, etc.)
  • Proven bottom line project management experience(Planning, Cost, Delivery etc.)
  • Experienced in working with OEM partners for engineering management or project management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill with capability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Highly motivated and able to drive issues across cultures
  • Excellent problem solver, using structured problem solving methodology to assign root cause, plus develop and implement corrective and preventative actions


- Act as the technical driven program manager for a product and manufacturing site - Drive continuous yield improvement activities with manufacturing sites - Provide a link from manufacturing sites and to Cupertino for factory and product issues for the entire product life-cycle, from new product introduction to the product life, including supply continuity and refurbishment activities - Expedite closure of technical operational issues to ensure consistent execution of the factories’ quality and production plans - Experience in RF & wireless technology in factory environment will be a plus.

Education & Experience

BS in Engineering or equivalent / MS or equivalent (preferred)
