Marcom is Apple’s Global Marketing Communications group. We lead all of Apple’s advertising and marketing to ensure the detailed development and execution of extraordinary communications. The Apple TV+ Brand and Design team manages the development of core visual branding to be used across all global multi-platform campaigns for original programming. The Senior Creative Director - Awards is an integral leader with the responsibility of guiding the Apple TV+ awards team’s brand and design creative, and will continue to raise the high bar that has already been established. The right candidate will guide the team towards the bigger picture results and goals, while still keeping a close eye on all of the important details. You have a deep love of Apple, a passion for television and film and your work is seen by Apple customers worldwide.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years design and creative direction experience with emphasis in entertainment, with at least 5 years leading a team, and at least 5 years focusing on entertainment awards campaigns
  • Expert ability to lead a team in developing innovative creative work across a broad range of media
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills
  • Excellent communication and persuasive presentation skills, focused on articulating ideas in a clear manner, encouraging healthy debate, and processing directional feedback
  • Fluent in OOH, Print, Digital and Social advertising formats and design best practices
  • Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel
  • Expert design and conceptual skills and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Apple Keynote

Description

Lead creative team in the creative development of film and television awards marketing and brand design Manage and support planning and initiative with Apple TV+ executives, leadership and cross-functional lines of business—assembling focus and synthesis across creative consults Partner and communicate with peer level Apple TV+ Marketing team members to secure alignment in creative strategies Assess, evolve, and manage the review process—driving consistency across breadth of awards work Oversee key relationships and communication with partnering creative agencies Consult and forecast across production calendars, ensuring successful process and delivery Oversee awards creative budgets and timelines Provide thoughtful guidance to the creative staff, with an eye on mentorship, career and team growth

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent
