The US Carrier Sales team is seeking an experienced sales professional with a passion for technology and innovation to lead efforts in the rapidly growing attach categories within a major US Carrier Account. We collaborate with partners to seek opportunities, develop account plans, and implement programs to grow the business, resulting in phenomenal customer experiences and expanded adoption of the Apple ecosystem.
As a Carrier Sales Lead, you will be selling iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, Beats, and Apple-branded accessories from pitch to close, including: defining the individual account strategy; driving consumer offers and deals through negotiation and analytics; and navigating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful launch of a new offers and programs.
Description
In this role you will:
- Develop strategic plans and tactical activities with the US Carrier that will result in growing the Carriers’ attach business, including iPad, Watch, AirPods, Beats, and Accessories, in conjunction with the Worldwide team, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with demand planning, merchandising, operations, finance, legal, business development, and the marketing organization to define a comprehensive strategy for the Carrier partnership.
- Design promotional strategies, offers, and incentive programs, develop essential channel assets, managing supply availability, and ensure new products are launched successfully. You oversee the drafting of legal agreements and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and other critical metrics while thriving in a dynamic, pressure-filled environment.
- Maintain excellent business relationships and work with cross-functional teams that deliver a productive alliance to achieve mutual strategic outcomes.
- Keep informed of competitors’ activities, account history, and emerging partner and market trends while understanding how to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Design, recommend, and negotiate assortments of critical SKUs. Manage a pipeline of multiple products. Articulate compelling placement and merchandising strategies.
- Prepare presentations and analyses to support sales initiatives (Keynote and Excel skills). Track progress and provide regular reports to management.
- Perform assigned administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling, sales and inventory reporting, promotional tracking, and files/forms/information creation and management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Performance-proven sales background, including 8+ years of sales management and/or account management experience or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of the wireless/telecommunications industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Strong analytical skills to analyze opportunities from many angles— both quantitative and qualitative, to drive sales results. You understand partner economics and the value drivers to better align strategies.
- Experience in sales, with an understanding of merchandising strategies and assortment planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including proficiency with Keynote).
