The Media Frameworks QE team is seeking a self-motivated Software Quality Engineer to ensure a stellar Media Experience across the Apple Ecosystem. The Audio & Media Technologies Group (AMT) provides the media and graphics foundation across all of Apple's innovative products, including Vision Pro, Mac, iPad, iPhone, iPod, TV, Watch and AirPods/Beats line of Products. We’re seeking an individual with excellent programming abilities, outstanding social relation skills, and a passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Develop automation using Python and Swift frameworks, and implement tests for new Media related features.

Description

In this role, you will define and implement functional and performance tests for new features, automate both new and existing functionality by developing Python/Swift libraries, and report any failures. You will also communicate the quality status of existing and upcoming features, collaborate closely with development engineers and multi-functional teams, and build strong working relationships across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS in CS/CE/EE
  • Proficiency in coding with Python or similar OOP languages
