Key Qualifications

You will be responsible for driving Apple established processes and execution of best-in-class channel programs of Apple across UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain. The role is based in Dubai and covers execution of programs and demand generation on behalf of Apple in 3 route to markets, retail, Telco and Apple Premium Resellers. Programs should drive new customer acquisition and retention of current customer base through Apple’s channel partners, through running merchandising programs, demand generation and training programs. This role will have a one-to-many relationship, with the channel partners, and key internal partners both at local and European level. You will have a strategic mind-set, with several years experience working in a trade-marketing environment. You should have experience in sales or business development with some hands-on knowledge of channel marketing programs. Other meaningful experience will be considered. You are a good presenter at all levels, and can collaborate successfully with key accounts. You possess collaborative approach to driving business and ideally be familiar with working for a multinational organization in a matrix type environment. This position is responsible for applying Apple’s demand generation guidelines and the execution of its sales programs in Apple Premium reseller, Telco and Retail channel: Driving channel performance via best-in-class marketing campaigns including events, awareness activities, traffic generation and new store openings. Plan, execute and measure scalable marketing programs aligned with brand guidelines, improving product presence and driving cost; Apple Premium Reseller Program Execution: coverage planning, POS selection, and execution of new POS openings for Apple Premium Reseller program, responsible for quality controls – store audit and mystery shopping for the channel and cooperation in deploying quarterly demand generation plans; Retail programs Execution: leading extraordinary merchandising deployment in consumer electronic retail, manage POS performance, execution of demand generation in close collaboration with the retail partners; Telco programs Execution: driving world-class merchandising deployment in Telco Channel, manage POS performance, execution of demand generation in close collaboration with Carriers; Measure and Evaluate Activities: Manage associated budget limitations, maximizing cost efficiencies, post-activity evaluation to measure ROI and drive future programs. Events and Product Launch Execution: Deliver best-in-class new product launches, maximize impact of events and new product launches within Reseller communities, and capitalizing third party opportunities; Responsible for keeping execution guidelines of Apple: Work with internal sales teams, Marcom, PR and Sales Planning and Support ensuring all activities align with brand guidelines and maximize product presence;

Education & Experience

University Degree acquired in the field of Economy, Marketing Language skills: fluency in English.
