The role of the Channel Programs team is to provide the foundation for these experiences. A unique opportunity exists for an extraordinary individual to be part of this team — helping develop Apple Programs across Australia and New Zealand. At the end of the day, we are here to grow Apple’s consumer business through partnering with our channel and carrier partners. The aim is to work collaboratively with these partners to drive a premium customer experience in the channel for Apple; incorporating visual merchandising elements, fixtures, marketing assets, staffing, training, demo units, in-store technology, services and so much more.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in channel marketing and merchandising; or similar experience having run programs or projects for businesses, that balanced delivering on short-term goals, while creating sustainable value for customer, reseller and partner demand for the future.


- Business at Apple is big. We collaborate with our Apple teammates from all areas of the company and with our channel partners to establish strategy, implementation plans and on-going maintenance processes for one of our many Channel Programs. - We assist in the delivery of new products to channel during New Product Introductions (NPI). This involves planning for and measuring merchandising compliance across all Apple Programs and providing retail insights to internal and external teams. - We launch new lines of business with existing and new channel partners, deploy new systems for our sales teams and create efficiencies in delivering Channel Programs to market. - You understand there are many moving parts in an organisation. Navigating the interdependencies within Apple is needed for success. Understanding how to deliver premium retail programs and developing strategies for sustaining the in-store experience are key to staying ahead of the competition. - Apple doesn’t cut corners, in products or in business. Education & Experience

We anticipate you will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
