The Channel Support Analyst position has a wide range of responsibilities that are focused on management, design and development of complex, global initiatives to support Channel Partner/Account Management. The position entails bringing existing collaboration, planning, forecasting and replenishment weekly process into a standardised system tool. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to define, build and roll-out innovative technology and business process solutions that increase efficiencies, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven track record of leading strategic projects combined with the ability to execute at tactical project level activities
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in project and process management
  • Proven experience as change agent having effectively implemented change in large cross functional organisation
  • Experience in creating user and training documentation, and conduct user training
  • Ability to influence and make quality, informed decisions that are in the best interest of the company
  • Relevant experience in Order Fulfilment, Channel Account Management, CPFR (Control, Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment)
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and leadership communication
  • Experience in Agile Project Management is preferable

Description

• Lead Regional process and system tool requirements, development and implementation • Analyse opportunities to bring current process and tool to a global standardised solution • Identify Account Management system improvement opportunities and present them to senior management with recommendations and alternatives • Facilitate and lead business strategy discussions and vision brainstorming • Leverage industry best practices and leading-edge technology and process improvement ideas • Ensure process integration and interest of the businesses are represented during design, development and implementation • Develop and implement strategic roll out plans with agreed upon project goals • Act as the single point of contact for communicating operational issues and solutions. Salary range: AUD 85,000 to AUD 150,000

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree Master's Degree is a good to have
