Through the drive and support of our Channel resellers, we are here to help Education customers transform the way people teach and learn while growing top-line revenue for Apple. Reporting to the Head of Education France, the Education Channel Manager demonstrates a deep appetite to understand the school environment as well as the entire education ecosystem. This in return will help to create the most relevant strategy to provide our Partners with the best sales and marketing capabilities. In this role you will be responsible to deliver on unit and market share goals. You will work hand-to-hand with our partner network on business planning and execution, programs, enablement, and field sales teams to develop and deliver growth as well as a first-class customer experience.

Key Qualifications

  • Previous experience in channel business planning and enablement.
  • Ability to bring structure, formulate impactful action plans, drive execution, and operate the business through cross-functional teams (internal and external partners)
  • Strong relationship building skills; ability to proactively build rapport, credibility, influence, and drive results throughout an organization at all levels, across many functions.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and demonstrate agility.
  • Experience planning and delivering measurable results and presenting those results to executive leadership.
  • Resourceful, creative and detail-oriented with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and also execute flawlessly under tight timelines.
  • Proficient in English and French.


As an Education Channel Manager, you will: •Build and manage overall business plans and reviews with Education resellers, including the go-to-market strategy (positioning, account planning, offering, programs...etc.). •Consolidate and coordinate account planning exercise with Key Account Managers. •Engage and empower the Channel Salesforces including sales tools, training and incentives programs. •Build and track Education growth plans through various opportunities and frameworks with Education Resellers. •Plan and manage Education pipeline, forecast and manage fulfilment plans. •Support and track marketing plans with Marketing Manager (Sales Incentives, Campaign, Field initiatives) •Support Marketing Manager with Education resellers engagement on Education programs (pipe and community of champions and ambassadors.) •Ensure Channel's customer success models with Education Resellers (Engagement, Stickiness, Technical feedback) •Ensure Channel compliance and training. •Understand market opportunities, plan and develop existing and new partners to build Apple’s vision, adoption and increase Apple's market share in France.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree preferred.
