The Retail Operations Response team ensures business operations continuity, and customer and employee safety globally. Operating conditions for Apple Retail are constantly and quickly evolving, while having an impact that cascades across multiple organizations within the company. The team develops, maintains and implements business continuity and crises recovery strategies and solutions worldwide! Our team responds to significant disruptions to Apple Retail business that require planning and handling operational decisions and cross functional leadership support. We ensure there are clear processes readily available to guide Retail Leadership through business disruptions, and anticipate potential crises.   • Experience supporting People organizations and/or Security organizations. Deep understanding of field teams and needs.

  • 7+ years experience in program/project management role in a customer-centric environment.

Description

* Mobilize and lead a large global cross-functional team through all project phases including execution, go live and retrospective. * Responsible for the plan of record and ensure all work streams are well defined, planned, and resourced to deliver per the overall launch timeline. * Support and empower the team to identify milestones, handle dependencies and risks, track deliverables and remove blockers. * Drive and maintain senior leadership engagement and alignment, facilitating and supporting key decisions. * Implement standard methodologies (e.g. for planning, program, and project management) and help drive adoption of them throughout the organization. * Develop strong relationships as a trusted advisor for key partner teams (e.g. merchandising, operations, PR, marketing, communication, training, and Retail leadership team) to ensure successful execution.

Education & Experience

* MBA a plus; PMP or other relevant certification a plus.
