Apple’s Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. We are, in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers. We are looking for a dynamic, collaborative, and dedicated leader to play a crucial role within the Sales organization. This individual will provide leadership across operations, processes, systems and tools within the channel sales organization. They will also act as the Canadian lead for a highly visible, multi-year platform implementation which will transform how we operate our business.

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years relevant experience (project management, business transformation, systems implementation, business process redesign/re-engineering)
  • Strong problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities with outstanding attention to detail
  • Previous experience working directly with Sales functions and with multiple business groups in an organization.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and successful implementation of innovative tools and process re-engineering to support sales enablement
  • Proven track record in managing people - building a vision, setting goals, providing mentoring and motivation
  • Capacity to extract, collate and present information in a cohesive and meaningful manner
  • Collaborative, flexible and open working style, with an ability to establish and maintain trust and credibility, and influence outcomes
  • Demonstrated comfort working in a highly dynamic environment, able to drive transformational change and “make things happen”
  • Experience implementing, improving and streamlining processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, viability and value to the business
  • Strong data and analytical skills to define and comfort with complex data sets. Experience with data visualization and advanced analytics tools (Tableau, SQL, Python) a requirement


You will be responsible for: Acting as the Canadian lead for a multi-year transformational implementation across our sales organization, which will require strong people leadership, project management, process design, partner communications, and change management skills Understand the ongoing needs and challenges of our business operations in order to collaboratively implement solutions and processes that drive efficiency and greater impact to the sales organization Identifying, deploying, documenting and supporting processes and tools with the right level of governance and change management Addressing reporting and analytics needs, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Use and implement next-gen business analytics tools to drive efficiency, enhanced visualization and business insights across the sales organization Advocating for Canadian business needs at a worldwide level, demonstrating other countries’ experience and solutions to solve common challenges, and sharing our own standard methodologies to operate as part of a globally distributed team Providing strong leadership, mentorship & development of direct reports

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA an asset PMP certification a plus

Additional Requirements
