Claris Finance is looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst! This role will provide the analyst with a scope of experience touching on all aspects of finance and business strategy at the company. Along with an analytical mindset, this position requires a significant amount of partnering with internal and external business and finance teams. The ideal candidate is a self starter, takes initiative and able to work independently! The ability to prioritize and respond quickly as well as work under pressure will be a key to success. This person needs to integrate wide arrays of data/information sources, draw out actionable business insights, and have outstanding verbal and written communication skills to present the findings to senior leadership.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Highly motivated, works well under pressure, organized, and proactive in leading projects from end-to-end
  • Ease with quantitative and financial analysis, able to work comfortably with incomplete information and dealing with ambiguity and ability to multi-task
  • Strong business acumen, high intellectual curiosity, and interest in our products, business and strategy
  • Outstanding verbal and written business communication skills
  • Sharp attention to detail with the ability to maintain the highest level of accuracy, yet understand the big picture

  • Ability to retrieve, analyze, and manipulate datasets; experience with Tableau, Sales Force and SAP


This is an exciting opportunity that entails an array of responsibilities. In this role you will lead the financial management of one or more functions such as Marketing, Engineering and Sales to develop budgets and manage actuals and forecasts for these functions. Develop regional sales forecast, reporting, quotas and commission schemes. Special projects including assessing viability of new business models and pricing strategy. Integrate various datasets to build, present, and defend key business insights to senior leadership. Build and maintain tools, presentations & reports to highlight relevant insights and track the evolution of key performance indicators

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or other quantitative fields MBA with a concentration in Finance is preferred
