Applecare Applications Support Readiness Analyst Manager will be responsible for daily operations and strategy for a team of analysts who are experienced users of multiple AppleCare application configuration engines. This person will ensure staffing, training, and productivity systems are adequate to complete tasks on time and accurately. They will also be the operational liaison to Readiness Governance leads and global partners.

Description

Applecare Applications Support Readiness Analyst Manager will be responsible for daily operations and strategy for a team of analysts who are experienced users of multiple AppleCare application configuration engines. This person will ensure staffing, training, and productivity systems are adequate to complete tasks on time and accurately. They will also be the operational liaison to Readiness Governance leads and global partners.

Education & Experience

Engineering degree or Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience preferred but not required.
