Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in business planning, operations and/or FP&A
  • Demonstrated history of using financial knowledge and analytical strengths to inform strategic decisions
  • Comfortable navigating complex operational processes across a large organization
  • Familiarity with standard end-to-end financial processes such as forecast, close, analysis and reporting
  • Successful managing multiple activities, projects, priorities, and people in a dynamic, fast-growing, results-driven environment
  • Ability to build effective business partnerships and influence decisions
  • Comfortable applying fundamental accounting principles
  • Independent, self-motivated and exhibits the highest standards of accuracy and organization skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including executive level presentations, experience with Keynote preferred
  • Excel Specialist (Macro experience preferred)
  • Experience with Demantra, Business Objects, Tableau and Essbase
