Are you ready to take this challenge? The Apple Solutions Consultant is an Apple employee who serves as a brand ambassador and influencer in a Reseller’s store. This role will grow Apple product sales and add-on business at the point of sale. You will be accountable for sales performance by providing excellent customer service, giving face-to-face product demonstrations, and ensuring all Apple fixtures and merchandising elements are maintained according to Apple’s standards. Please Note: this position will support a Santa Fe location.

The most important responsibility of the ASC is to provide an exceptional Apple Customer Experience while becoming an expert in the Apple ecosystem. - Sell Apple products and solutions by communicating the benefits and value of the products through product demonstrations. - Conduct 1:1 and 1:many product demonstrations using worldwide developed demo scripts for guidance. - Build a community of loyal Apple customers who will come back to consult the ASC on future Apple purchases. - Build a strong, well-trained virtual team within the retailer's sales force with the help of our training tools. - Help to improve the partner staffing programs at their stores. - Maintain the quality and appearance of the Apple Shop to provide the customer and reseller the best possible Apple experience in alignment with Apple standards. - Ensure that all merchandising elements -- including demo content, as well as all 2D and 3D elements-- are up to date and follow Apple's worldwide standards. - In partnership with their manager, resolve maintenance issues with Apple merchandizing execution in the store. - Work collaboratively with other areas of the company and provide key insights on the Apple business in a singular storefront, and identify business opportunities. - Closely monitor performance results and inventory levels. - Provide insightful feedback that will help to further develop and improve Apple Shop's performance.

Education & Experience

High school degree required. College degree preferred
