AIML - Sr. Full Stack Engineer, Compute Capacity and Efficiency - ML Platform Technologies

As a senior engineer in Capacity and Efficiency team within AIML, you will build systems that ensure compute resources are optimally distributed throughout the company. This includes developing demand and capacity planning system, driving innovation in forecasting, optimization and supply chain management tooling that work at scale, distilling complex data into easy-to-interpret and low-latency visualizations that guide strategies, and engaging cross-functionally with finance analysts, supply chain managers, data center operations, compute infra engineers and more.   • 5+ years of experience with Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or a related quantitative field
  • Must have strong CS fundamentals
  • Experience working with modern web frameworks like React
  • Comfortable with RESTful APIs and storage technologies e.g. S3, Trino, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch
  • Excellent problem-framing and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Experience developing machine learning models
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $147,400 and $272,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
