Key Qualifications

  • At least 12 years of program or product experience in a technology context
  • Experience driving large multi-functional efforts towards a single purpose
  • Demonstrated ability to build project summaries, roadmaps, creative concepts, impact analysis and prioritization in order to influence stakeholders
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills across various audiences including engineers, managers, and execs
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Knowledge of software engineering standard methodologies and related dependencies
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members across a large cross functional with worldwide scope

Description

We are looking for someone to drive, own, and deliver all aspects of large, multi-functional efforts and feature areas. Responsibilities include: - Partner with engineering teams throughout feature development from architecture, design, implementation, and validation. - Proactively identify, prioritize, and drive resolution to program issues. - Present and communicate new feature initiatives, top issues, risks, critical achievements to executive leadership. - Own the roadmap, priorities, prioritization, timelines, for technologies. - Help the team with ongoing improvements to the program management processes. - Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Marketing teams, and Loss Prevention teams. - Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate resolutions.

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field. Advanced degree in related field preferred.
