The role focuses on driving innovation and excellence in acquisition and retention marketing to deliver business growth across all lines of business for the App Store and Apple Media Products at Apple. It is high-visibility within a growing business unit and needs someone hungry to continually challenge, evolve and truly drive our performance.

Key Qualifications

  • We are looking for a top-tier performance marketing practitioner and experienced driving business metrics in an acquisition or subscription-based business
  • You will have extensive experience working with Apps and mobile-specific products, managing agency relationships and media partners
  • You have agency or client-side experience driving cost-effective acquisitions across all paid media channels at multiple large and complex organisations with a large range of products and services that require differentiated strategies and planning
  • You’ve worked in international organisations and understand the importance of local insight, the impact of culture and enjoy constantly learning more about the nuances of every market you buy media in
  • You love the details but can see the big picture. You have excellent analytic skills and are great at manipulating data to make the complex seem simple


TEAMWORK - You’ll be happy working in a global team, building relationships with team members across the world across multiple time zones - You will be working with senior leaders developing plans to achieve top-down business goals as with local marketing teams on their tactical campaigns bottom up to support multiple objectives RESULTS FOCUS - You’ve managed large budgets and have high standards for business conduct, financial accountability and transparency - Test, optimise and roll out technologies, platforms and work strategies - You will lead a programme of innovation focused projects for International needs designed to drive increased efficiency and effectiveness from our digital marketing, reporting on its progress and performance outcomes regularly - You’ll help ensure our Agencies and Vendors use every tool at their disposal to drive delivery against our critical metrics and find solutions to any barriers preventing them from optimal performance

Education & Experience

A deep understanding of the digital content space and marketing channel performance. Search engine marketing, technology vendor, relevant tertiary courses and industry qualifications a plus
