Apple is seeking an experienced project management executive to join the EMEIA Apple Pay Business Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling EMEIA-wide operational relationships with partners including asset management, reporting, invoicing, testing, and other functions. The role will be part of the EMEIA Business Operations team based in London. The EMEIA Business Operations team is responsible for launching Pay partners (banks, transit operators, payment networks, venues, loyalty schemes etc) and then working with our partners on an ongoing basis to ensure that key customer metrics are maintained, fraud is minimised and the day to day interactions with our partners are handled effectively. The Pay International Team is essentially an early stage, fast-growing business within Apple. As a result team members thrive in a rapidly changing environment. We need everyone to “roll up their sleeves” to deliver our objectives, does this sound like you? We require you to have flexibility to travel within EMEIA when required.

Key Qualifications

  • Manage, reporting, invoicing, operational escalations and enabling partners to use the full capabilities of the Apple Pay platform
  • Work with internal and external partners to ensure asset availability and readiness for Apple’s testing programme with new and existing card issuers
  • Manage the reporting, invoicing processes for Pay partners across the EMEIA region
  • Manage internal and external partners to ensure readiness of Pay decal supplies for EMEIA markets for market launches and ongoing
  • Deliver step change improvements in operational processes
  • Coordinate with other teams across Apple to deliver operations projects


WE NEED YOU TO HAVE: Experience of operational project management in a fast moving environment Experience working closely with, and delivering change across, operational functions Experience working in a client or other third-party facing role The ability to analyse processes and identify improvements? Lastly do you have a passion for new technology and innovation? SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE You have work experience in digital/payments environment You will have ideally have experience of working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in large organisations, including internationally You have good analytical capabilities You have excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluency in English; additional major European languages beneficial

Education & Experience

B.A./B.S./M.S. EE/CS or equivalent training or experience
