We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Product Marketing Manager who will join the iPad Product Marketing team in Western Europe. This role is responsible for successful product launches, comprehensive business and market analytics, as well as closely working with all marketing functions to develop and lead demand generation initiatives. In addition, you will define and communicate region-unique requirements for future products while developing highly effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders both in Europe and Cupertino. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a real passion for Apple products and technology generally. You will be clear in your thinking and be able to speak and present compellingly. You can work successfully in a complex environment involving Corporate Communications, Product Communications, Marketing Communications, Finance and Sales. In addition, you'll have a deep understanding of marketing, including the drive to uncover customer insights that help inform business decisions.

Key Qualifications

  • You show a genuine passion for technology generally and Apple products particularly.
  • You have a proven product-focussed track record in a similar role at a consumer electronics or handset manufacturer.
  • You are an experienced marketer, with product management in corporate/subsidiary environments and international experience. This is combined with knowledge and experience with all aspects of product lifecycle management.
  • You demonstrate excellence in presentation; spoken and written skills are critical.
  • You are happy to be based in London with the frequent international travel.
  • You're fluent in English and preferably another European language.


Support internal and external launches in direct collaboration with Worldwide Product Marketing. Be the product expert in Europe, which includes handling briefings for customers, partners, influencers and other stakeholders. Provide product leadership from introduction through end-of-life. Work closely with the Marcom team to ensure that products are promoted according to our guidelines and portrayed correctly in collaterals, advertising and other public communication. Define, develop, and drive outbound marketing initiatives that enhance customer experience, increase understanding of iPad as a computer, and make an important difference to the business. Collect and actively share European market insights including market share, local trends, and key business drivers. Identify and communicate market opportunities that arise in the region. Analyse weekly and quarterly business performance. Monitor, analyse, and summarise key developments in related technical and competitive landscapes. Possess expert knowledge of competitive and 3rd-party products and strategies. Effectively communicate and position Apple’s product in relation to other products and the competition. Closely follow emerging technology, consumer, and societal trends, and make recommendations for how products will leverage or fit into them.
