The Platform Operations team at Apple, is positioned globally and is focused on providing multi-functional business solutions and external support for Search Ads customers. We are seeking a multi lingual (German, French and English) Business Specialist to support business operations for existing and future service platforms. The Business Specialist collaborates with internal and external partners while advocating on behalf of the Ad Platforms business and its customers.
- You will have proven experience working in Advertising Operations or a similar tech focussed customer support role
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- To support this area, you'll need to speak German, French and English fluently or to business level.
- Experience in a customer support organization focused on customer happiness
- Fundamental knowledge of ad operations and ad delivery services
- An ability to craft and revise email communication quickly and articulate the message to stakeholders
- Ability to resolve challenges and prioritize technologies
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a dynamic rapidly changing environment
- Well organized, with extraordinary attention to detail
- Flexible to work with others in multiple time zones
- Ability to identify and implement required actions quickly in order to accomplish goals, eliminate roadblocks, and build focus
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, visual, and written) with the ability to interpret data and communicate clearly and concisely
- Excel in a dynamic environment and function effectively in the context of ambiguity
- Self-starter, inquisitive and a propensity to socialize ideas and drive innovation
- Experience reviewing technical requirements documentation is a plus
- Experience within a Search advertising environment would be beneficial
- Developer relations experience
- You will provide internal and external client support for Ad Platforms systems and technical tools - You'll Investigate and solve technical issues - Handle and support partners concerns by providing data and analysis to Operations, Engineering and Product teams and working collaboratively to reach a solution. - You will monitor, analyze, and report on support efforts to key internal partners within the teams. - Elicit feedback cross-functionally from Engineering, Product and Data teams on technical requirements for issue resolutions - Handle ongoing multi-functional partner support meetings and advocate on behalf of the Ad Platforms business and our Search Ads customers - Assist internal Apple teams with policy standard methodology and management efforts - You will champion ongoing education for supported teams on internal tools and products, across Apple globally. - Develop support content and execute training for internal partners
Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree or equivalent is desirable.
