The WorldWide Online Pricing & Promotions (WWPP) team, part of Online Store Operations, is responsible for delivering worldwide and regional promotional programs online. We deliver large-scale promotions like Back to School and Black Friday to Apple Employee promos such as QPromo and monthly Accessories spotlights. The WWPP team is also responsible for ensuring pricing accuracy across all WW Apple Online Stores, troubleshooting issues and handling VAT and levy changes throughout the world. You will ensure accurate and timely system updates and execute online promotional campaigns to meet business goals.

Description

• You will build and maintain new Online custom stores using a bespoke Apple application. • You will troubleshoot possible Custom Store issues and work collaboratively with the Segment Program Manager and the IS&T teams • Master Data Architecture: You will explore opportunities for how to structure and obtain data from various systems such as SAP CRM and Product Central to support the Online Promotional activities • Develop an understanding of relationship between systems, tables and data feeds • Review & maintain SAP tables that control Products available one the Store • Define and architect data cleanup activities within Storefront Manager • Deliver online promotions execution for Apple Retail, Online as well as prep and deliver master data for promotional campaigns • Own the creation of the coupon campaigns in SAP CRM • Assist in the validation of the promotional discount through the Online Store
