IMMEA’s central Business Management team provides support to the IMMEA Sales VP office, working closely with local, regional and WW partners. You will focus on business management, business planning and ad-hoc strategic initiatives. This role requires proven analytical & communication skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, be innovative, and multi-task across a heterogeneous set of projects. It combines strategic planning and operational execution. The role is based in London and reports to the Sales VP

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in business planning & management, analytics, program management and strategy
  • Experience in working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organisation
  • Top-notch organisational, communicational, analytical and presentation/delivery skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Phenomenal teammate, dedicated, possess a self starter attitude
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity and a dynamic environment
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Provide support to the Sales VP and wider team - Work on analysis, dashboards, data packs, and presentations - Support on business reviews & planning - Support on ad-hoc strategic & tactical initiatives - Support on the development of solutions, tools, processes - Run key regional meetings and key take-aways - Summarise insights and provide recommendations - Collaborate with local, central and WW teams

Education & Experience

MSC required MBA preferred
