Key Qualifications

  • In depth meaningful experience in reporting and data analysis in a technically driven corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous with strong intuition for business and consumer focus.
  • An understanding of the components and considerations required when building corporate systems and working with Reporting solutions.
  • Understanding of Master data and how data should be consumed by multiple downstream systems.
  • Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment
  • Previous experience setting direction for process and/or tool improvements to support team objectives.
  • Demonstrable ability to achieve on set objectives, as well as demonstrate proven planning and execution skills
  • Aptitude and interest in new technical concepts.
  • An understanding of AI and Machine learning within Reporting and Data analytics
  • A good eye for UI/UX design

Description

The project manager role is to lead, and in some cases, be involved in solution design and definition with various business teams, for multiple regional and well as global business-related projects from initial requirements through to delivery using both internal technical teams and external vendors. The Sales BPR group focuses on project management / delivery of strategic projects both within EMEIA and WW. An appreciation of business context and technical understanding are required along with an ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams in a matrix organization. As well as using skills you'll use every day, such as business analysis, business process development, requirements capturing and requirements definition, this role will require a technical focus. The scope will encompasses the management of multiple existing business systems, and related projects across countries, regions and routes to market within Channel sales. More specifically, the role requires management of the effective operation of key systems, as well as their ongoing improvement and development to meet the business needs as they change and evolve. This will require working and liaising with other business teams and partners from within the region, and possibly teams from the WW organization such and BPR and IS&T where some of the changes are part of larger formal project delivery tracks. - Gather regional reporting requirements for the Sales Reporting Platform across desktop and Mobile, contributing to the UX/UI design considerations and following up with proposals to stakeholders. - Work on defining Actionable insights to the sales team at all levels, in order to provide key and relevant notifications of issues to the users. - Drive UAT for new releases, ensure key enhancements and updates are as expected.. - Effectively communicate status and issues to team members & management. - Participate in the continual development of the EMEIA Sales BPR function

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree - essential in IT, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, Maths, however, if you have relevant experience or similar discipline you are encouraged to apply Post graduate qualification would be an advantage.
