Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it. Apple is seeking a Group Administrative Assistant to support Senior Marcom leaders within the Marcom organization. The Group Administrative Assistant will act as a liaison between the senior Marcom leaders, XF business teams and external business partners. You will handle complex calendar management, field requests from team members, and assist the Marcom leaders with travel and expenses. This position will support a variety of senior Marcom leaders and/or Creative Directors as well as work collaboratively with other administrative staff across Marcom and Apple. Description

- Heavy calendar management using iCal -manage daily calendars showing flexibility and problem solving abilities; adjust and prioritize schedules due to last minute changes from conflicting meetings, coordination with executive schedules, and meeting room availability - Oversee key team meetings with internal leadership teams across Apple as well as with external business partners - Answer correspondence and redirect as needed to teams within Apple - Set up large team meetings, organizing catering when needed - Organize team off site meetings - Arrange complex domestic and international travel and process expense reports - Manage supplies and equipment

Education & Experience

BA or BS preferred

Additional Requirements

  • - Experience working in a creative advertising agency or design studio desired
  • - Experience supporting large teams or senior executives
