Siri is fast becoming the best way to get things done by talking to our devices. Hundreds of millions of people now use Siri to send a message, play their favourite song, or even take a selfie. We are now offering an amazing placement opportunity for an undergraduate to work directly with our Siri R&D team in Cambridge. You'll collaborate with some of the best in the business to see how we create new technology for the world's most innovative products and experiences. The placement will run for 12 months and is expected to start in the summer of 2020, though alternative start dates may be possible. Applications will close on November 19th 2019.

Key Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program OR available for a 12 months placement in industry, after which you'll return to full time education
  • Object-oriented software design and programming
  • Proficiency in more than one programming language, such as C++, Swift, Java, Python, Scala, Javascript, etc.
  • Interest in distributed, scalable, online services
  • Understanding of Agile software practices is desirable
