Key Qualifications

  • Significant previous experience in a Telco pricing / offers-related role, either in a central team or in-region/country
  • Specific experience of consumer offer / proposition innovation
  • At ease with dealing with detailed analyses on a regular basis
  • Will have significant previous experience operating and influencing within a matrix organisation
  • High caliber, degree educated
  • English fluency


Strategy - design, develop and support the implementation of consumer offer strategies across the geo, in partnership with WW Offers team and Local Sales as necessary. - Innovation – design, development and implementation of innovative offer in the channel, working in collaboration with WW Offers and Local Sales as necessary. Pitching innovative offer constructs / thinking to partners, often at CXO level. - Analysis and insight – review and analyse ‘in-market’ consumer offers on an ongoing basis and provide insight around opportunities for improvement. - Execution – partner with local teams to drive consumer offer improvement on an ongoing basis. - Demand Generation – support DG activity (working with central and Local teams as necessary) from an offers perspective, including target offer design and communication. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: - Quality of strategies developed, quality and speed of implementation - Quality of innovation – measured by results (i.e. unit performance) - Quality of analysis & insight – measured by results (i.e. unit performance)
