The same passion for innovation that goes into our products also applies to our The role of the EMEIA POS Deployment Executive is to spearhead Deployment efforts in the Countries assigned to him/her, project managing and delivering a seamless execution of forecast, site survey and installation of Apple Merchandising Programs, in compliance with Apple’s quality expectations.

You will support all aspects of out Apple Branded Programs which focus on Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and Watch display at selected Retailers and Resellers across Europe, Middle East, Africa and India (EMEIA), and have been conceived to improve the Apple consumer experience in store. Store Brief - Advice and facilitate execution of an accurate and precise Store Brief enabling an efficient design of the Merchandising Programs agreed with the Regional Sales Teams. - Facilitate design process in alignment with Marcom and Local Teams (where necessary) SITE PREPARATION - Monitor survey requirements for each program in a timely fashion based on approved Apple Design & Merchandising guidelines - Arrange and evaluate site surveys to guarantee flawless program execution, flagging discrepancies/challenges - Evaluate the suitability of the survey vendors benchmarking their performance through agreed KPIs - Track site survey development and execution in alignment with Program needs SITE INSTALLATION - Project Manage store fixture installation with Apple’s chosen agencies and Local Teams (timing, compliance, quality control) - Ensure on-time delivery and installation of all assets to guarantee successful Program deployment - Evaluate the suitability of the installation vendors benchmarking their performance through agreed KPIs - Track site installation development & execution in accordance with Program needs PROGRAM MERCHANDISING - Coordinate Merchandising needs for deployed programs with POS Ops Merchandising Leads and Local Teams. DEPLOYMENT PROCESS & DATA MANAGEMENT - Maintain all project management reporting tools for POS Deployment activities - Innovate, improve and customise POS Deployment processes, bringing efficiencies to overall execution and timelines - Build presentation and communication tools using best-in-class POS program successes across Countries - Support in training all Local and Central partners involved in Deployment activities - Report weekly on Deployment deliverables and traction within the Countries handled KEY RELATIONSHIPS: - EMEIA Marketing Communications (Marcom) - EMEIA Procurement - EMEIA POS Ops group especially Demand Planning & Installation Team - EMEIA Finance - EMEIA & Local Sales and Operations Teams - Approved External Vendors - WW Cross functional Team

Education & Experience

Degree educated or relevant experience.
