The Apple Retail Market Development team is looking for a Trade In Program Manager based in London to lead the Apple Trade In Program across EMEIA. The Apple Trade In program is Apple Retail’s flagship affordability program and a top priority for the company. This is a high visibility and critical role working directly with Apple senior leadership, trade in vendors, procurement, finance, operations and marketing across 22 EMEIA countries leading processes such as trade in promotions/subsidies and trade in price changes.

Key Qualifications

  • Strong teammate, project management/organisation skills, attention to detail, strong drive for results, structured analytical thinker, problem solving skills, exceptional communicator and relationship builder, ability to work directly with Directors/VPs, experience leadership leading internal and external partners (e.g., Trade in vendors).
  • Experience in Telco, Tech, Retail, Consumer Goods or Strategy Consulting. MBA preferred. International experience and proficiency in different languages preferred.

Description

Lead the Apple Trade In program across EMEIA being the commercial owner of the program Coordinate and lead several cross functional teams to ensure perfect execution and the best customer experience Lead the implementation of program evolutions such as trade in promotions & subsidies, trade in price changes and on-boarding of new trade in partners Manage relationship with external trade in partners together with Apple’s Retail Operations and Procurement organisations
