The Apple Retail Market Development team is looking for a Commercial Programs Team Manager based in London to be responsible for leading the Retail Commercial programs team in EMEIA. This is a high visibility and critical role working directly with Apple senior leadership, external partners, procurement, finance, operations and marketing across 22 EMEIA countries. The role currently has one direct report (EMEIA Operations analyst) but we are looking for a talented senior leader and natural team player, who is able to build strong relationships and quickly evolve into leading a team of 3-4 high performing individuals.

Key Qualifications

  • Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail, project management/organisation skills, commit to results, commercial and strategic mindset, structured analytical thinker.
  • Outstanding team player, exceptional communicator and relationship builder, proven leadership leading internal and external partners and experience leading a team.
  • Experience in Telco, Tech, Retail, Retail Banking, Consumer Goods or Strategy Consulting; Experience managing teams; MBA preferred; International experience/proficiency in different languages preferred.

Description

Lead the Commercial programs team in EMEIA including the evolution and cross functional leadership of Retail sales programs such as iPhone Upgrade Program, Monthly Payments, Tax free and AppleCare & other Apple Services Work with the Apple Financial Services team & European banking partners in developing new monthly buying options, financing campaigns and growing our existing partnerships with top European Retail Banks. Be responsible for program readiness and contingency planning in peak periods such as new product launches including leading large Apple cross-functional teams to ensure perfect execution and customer experience.
