To inspire the most culturally influential athletes on the planet to be genuinely passionate fans of Beats. Create huge visibility and cultural credibility for Beats products within sports. Drive business performance and maximize exposure through global/local sports strategy and platforms.

Description

The Work: Be the Beats thought-leader for the sports world focusing on EMEA. Stay hard-wired to the people, sport, the emerging talent and the trends. Trends that happen in country, pan-European and globally. Live it, breathe it. Make connections. Think big, build relationships, experiences, and create huge media/social platform opportunities. Never been done before. Bring massive energy to other marketing plans by integrating Beats athletes and author stand-alone alone athlete plans that are forward-thinking in their own right. Find the perfect intersection between the Beats business plan and the athlete’s business plan to build win-win partnerships. Build deep relationships with athletes and the people around them. Be deeply insightful and thoughtful. Then over-deliver. Make them smile. Keep Beats deeply connected to the sports scene and seek out new and progressive opportunities. Find the unexpected. Break into new sports. Find the space we occupy between sports + music. Identify new angles and story-telling lanes. Put product at the centre of every relationship and every idea. Measure the number of eyeballs that get to see it and understand the impact on the business. Learn what works and do more of it. Learn what doesn’t and move on. Hustle, run resources and hold the team accountable for the timely, on- budget delivery of the plan. Drive return on investment. Self starter, be responsible for your work, your strategy, able to work with a small team and over communicate to a larger team, cross functionally and manage up. The Team: Use our world-class, diverse team. Inspire and lead our external partners. Be a role-model for teamwork and collaboration. Make sure all opportunities and initiatives gain maximum exposure externally and internally. Bring proactive and open-communication to share sports marketing expertise and work across the entire business. You will know the business, create the best brand and business opportunities within entertainment marketing. You will be a respected thought-leader for all things in the sports marketing space.
