As a talent sourcer for the Machine Learning & AI team, you will have the opportunity to identify key talent to help shape and support our products. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging world-class software engineers, renowned academics, and expert machine learning practitioners who are all passionate about applying groundbreaking techniques to AI. This will be achieved by crafting effective sourcing strategies and building positive relationships with potential candidates. To be successful in the role you'll: - Network to find candidates with targeted skills, experience, and potential. - Make initial contact with candidates representing Apple. - Identify sourcing channels and conduct market research to identify talent. - Review and evaluate candidate applications against required experience, education, and skills. - Conduct initial assessment of talent. - Maintain research findings and update candidate database. - Partner and maintain relations with the hiring team Is this you?
