A Senior Real Estate Manager has enough experience to drive projects from the very beginning, showing flexibility to understand and embrace the company culture. As Senior Real Estate Manager, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally on projects throughout the EMEIA geography and will have the responsibility to lead the project team until lease execution and this requires strong leadership skills as well as a solid knowledge. The Senior Real Estate Manager primary role is to implement and execute the real estate strategy including identifying new locations, closing real estate transactions and managing all real estate aspects of the fleet within EMEIA. You must have high energy and thrive in an environment of ambiguity, but love collaboration, critical thinking and a proactive approach.

Develop and execute real estate transactions Manage external Broker network Find new locations, working in partnership with external real estate broker as required Create initial store business model and proforma Secure internal approvals, through internal presentation as required Partner with internal teams cross functionally for successful store development Negotiate lease and close real estate deals, working with Landlords, legal and financial partners Work closely with Design and Development to ensure successful implementation Travel required

Education & Experience

MRICS, BA or equivalent work experience required; MBA a plus
