Apple Search Ads in the App Store, an easy, efficient and exceptionally fast-growing platform for app discovery. With over 65% of all app downloads resulting directly from a search on the App Store, Search Ads is quickly becoming the platform of choice for app promotion for iOS developers. We are looking for someone to build, develop and grow the search ads partnership with the App Store across all the EMEIA regions with a goal of generating amazing customer experiences and hitting the revenue goals for these developers.

Key Qualifications

  • You'll have demonstrable experience in sales or commercial teams, driving and impacting bottom line revenue
  • Deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem and ideally the gaming/ or specific key verticals and developer space (not critical but preferable)
  • Good understanding of how Performance Advertisers go to market and measure success. Search or App experience is preferable
  • Strategic project based experience, short/ medium and long term strategic experience in developing high value commercial partnerships or projects
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills - both in person and over the phone
  • You possess strong collaboration skills are able to work in a dynamic, exciting environment
  • Extremely professional and positive demeanour
  • Track record of overachievement
  • Fluency in English is a requirement, additional languages also desirable but not critical


Apple Search Ads are searching for an experienced partnership manager to lead the working relationship and collaborative engagements we have with the Apple App Store teams across the EMEIA region. This individual will be required to partner closely with senior stakeholders within the Apple App Store business as well as collaborate & co-ordinate with our local Search Ads teams. Ability to show credibility with senior stakeholders, experience in project managing and leading large cross-functional events and building and running strategic programs is a must. This is a revenue-orientated sales role, but one that needs gravitas, strong collaboration skills and a strategic approach to succeed.
