Key Qualifications

  • High-energy and collaborative program manager with 10+ years of experience with internal and external projects
  • Experience dealing with teams across business and engineering
  • Experience working collaboratively with external partners

  • Naturally accountable and responsible, adaptable, and self-sufficient
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, and excellent technical proficiency with an appetite to learn more
  • Experience documenting processes, customer experience, and/or requirements for internal and external partners


Reporting to the Global Senior Leader of Apple Media Products Partner Operations, you will be a key member of a team supporting the expansion of the Apple services business via partnership projects Navigate and manage director level relationships in the context of partner facing expansion projects Ability to manoeuvre through complex political situations and manage challenging issues with global external partners End to end vendor management in relation to program engagement, performance and metrics management Act as the end-to-end integration owner for new partnerships (leading discussion on standard methodologies, customer experience, and impact of technical implementation decisions), and support day to day operational requests Own the requirements gathering for new features and partner launches Develop an in-depth understanding of the back-end systems to be able to see around corners and mitigate issues before they occur Working with Apple's finance and internal reporting teams to improve and grow existing capabilities Transitioning manual processes to automated and scalable ones

Education & Experience

BA/BS required 10+ years of relevant experience Additional Requirements
