The Retail Contact Center Online Personal Setup team is looking for motivated, customer-focused and tech savvy individuals with a desire to offer Apple customers an exceptional customer experience. As a setup specialist, you help create the energy and excitement around Apple Products, providing a tailored experience unlike any other. Key Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Love the Apple products and enjoy showcasing how products and solutions can be adapted by every customer
  • Believe in providing an amazing, personalized setup experience to each and every customer
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), with interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Skilled at translating “tech speak” into everyday language for all customers to understand
  • Proven sales and/or customer service success
  • “Gets” technology & has hands-on knowledge of Apple products, applications & services
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Keen on seeking for innovative problem solving
  • Exhibit composure under pressure

Specialists will be expected to:  Interact with Apple’s customers through multiple channels simultaneously Create, build and nurture relationships with customers by providing a unique experience Have a firm grasp on the Apple ecosystem and be able to communicate technical aspects of our products in non-technical terms Understand and convey the positivity of Apple’s values to our customers Through continuous reflection, keep proactive learning and sharing with team to increase individual/team competitiveness
