We’re looking for an extraordinary Technical Sales Specialist to join our Search Ads business! Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in the digital advertising industry, in a solutions analyst, technical sales, customer success, and/or service role
  • Advanced technical skills a plus: experience with data-mining including querying data via SQL, scripting (e.g. Python) and 3rd party tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau)
  • Experience with in-person client interactions, specifically performance marketers
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising landscape and measurement & attribution
  • Familiarity with search engine marketing (SEM), app-install marketing, and channel partners (e.g., agencies, mobile measurement) preferred
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Strong personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity and trust


We are looking for a knowledgable, motivated Technical Sales professional to support our growing Search Ads business. In this role, you will service and support an expanding sales group from a technical lens, ensuring that we scale rapidly and efficiently. You will liaise with product and marketing groups, representing the voice of the customer, both internally and externally. You’re comfortable speaking with clients, and you have the technical acumen to analyze, respond and solve complex customer problems. Responsibilities include: -Support and service the Apple Search Ads sales team globally -Subject matter expert (SME) for Apple Search Ads and all of the data associated with it, for the sales organization -Attend internal sales team meetings as the SME, representing the business and the product -Join sales in external client meetings, as the technical representative, with the ability to speak to customers about the product and data -Consolidate, distill and embody the voice of the customer, and represent that narrative to internal teams at HQ. -Collaborate with cross functional teams across Ad Platforms, in order to translate learnings and needs of our internal and external customers -Possess a knack for taking large data sets, breaking it down into easily understandable stories, and the ability to communicate these narratives to clients
