Our EMEIA Retail Engagement and Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of Retail’s digital and physical store engagement strategy with a primary focus on new store openings.

Key Qualifications

  • Extensive experience developing and managing integrated marketing plans and campaigns to build the best end-to-end customer journey across in-store, online and digital marketing platforms.
  • Extensive experience in handling complex high-visibility projects and partnerships, driving cross-functional collaboration with key partners to assess customer and business needs, define goals, identify solutions and engage team members towards an aligned Marketing strategy.
  • Experience working in a global organisation, on multi-market/language projects.


Lead the marketing strategy for Apple Retail’s new store openings across a number of key EMEIA countries, and develop marketing plans to support store replacement and remodel programmes. Responsible for project execution, from concept and strategy to production and delivery, working alongside global and local cross-functional teams from Retail and wider Apple such as Real Estate, Design, Development and Merchandising, PR, Marcom, Services, Today at Apple, Internal Communications, Store Operations and more. Create a strategic approach using insights from your wide Apple network to bring alignment on market opportunities and develop clear objectives. Deliver functional briefs to teams across Apple who bring your deliverables to life ranging from creative, interactive, paid media, search and events that showcase our stores to key audiences. Lead the delivery of the work in strong partnership with Marcom with a key focus on leadership engagement, maintaining accuracy to the brief and creating a launch phasing plan that is your runway to opening and beyond. Deliver and share project summaries and campaign analysis with partners and identify learns for future improvement and performance.
