Apple MQE is responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for materials, processes and products, solving quality engineering problems in creative and effective way. Especially, Data Science, Statistics, Machine learning are key on realizing above quality solutions.
Key Qualifications
- - Knowledge on Data Science. Including Statistics, Machine Learning, Regression are preferred
- - Has strong & efficient data analysis ability, able to apply data mining, statistical analysis tools to discover the clues of inherence of data and make predictions
- - Experience on Image process / machine learning is preferred
- - Published Data Science Thesis, Invention Patent holder are preferred
- - Has basic knowledge on quality management system structure, and manufacturing procedures
Description
- Develop Dashboard for Vendor Yield, OEE, Pipeline Report for complicated data
- Develop Analytical tool for statistical data processing & predication
- Coordinate with Apple Data Team for manufacturing data consolidation & connection to data base by AWS.
- Image Analysis & Machine Learning for cosmetic inspection
- Discover new technology solutions on the identified directions -Present analysis results and reports to Apple management team -Interfaces with other Apple functional groups as part of mechanical quality engineering team
Education & Experience
- Bachelor or above, Data Science, Statistics are preferred
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good English.
- Clear communication and logical thinking Experience in a quality role supporting manufacturing of mechanical products is preferred.
